Police Dept. Report
Arrest – At about 11:50 p.m. Monday, officers arrested Austin Hovater, 33, Concordia, in the 900 block of East Seventh Street on an arrest and detain for probation violation. Hovater was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft – At about 5 p.m. Monday, officers investigated a report of theft from the 400 block of East 14th Street. The investigation continues.
At approximately 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, officers investigated a report of theft in the 300 block of East Fifth Street. Investigation continues.
Cited—At approximately 6:05 p.m. Tuesday, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 2100 block of Lincoln. Officers cited Frances Shaw, 69, Concordia, for driving while suspended.

Fire/EMS Report
At approximately 9:15 a.m. Monday, Fire/EMS responded to a CO detector complaint at the Catholic church.
At approximately 8:15 p.m. Monday, Fire/EMS responded to the 800 block of Matthew Street for a medical call. One patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
