Police Dept. Report
Arrest – At 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, officers arrested Justin Banks, 31, Concordia, in the 200 block of West Sixth Street on two Cloud County warrants for failure to comply. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accident – At 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, officers investigated an accident in the 1500 block of East Ninth Street involving a vehicle driven by Raniyah Robertson, Concordia, and a vehicle owned by Catherine Switzer, Concordia.
Sheriff's Dept. Report
Accidents – At about 1:15 a.m. February 6, the Cloud County Sheriff's Dept. responded to a non-injury accident in the area of the 1300 section of North 28th Road. A 2002 Pontiac passenger car driven by Timothy Liby, Clyde, was southbound when it went out of control and entered the ditch.
At about 6:50 p.m. February 10, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a non-injury accident in the 1500 section of U.S. 24 Highway. A 2017 Ford pickup driven by Carleen Nordell, Concordia, was westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 7:28 p.m. February 10, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a non-injury accident in the 1100 section of K-28 Highway. A 2000 Volkswagen passenger car driven by Rhiannon Necklace, Jamestown, was westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 6:55 p.m. February 11, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a non-injury accident in the 200 section of K-8 Highway. A 1995 Chevrolet passenger car driven by Beau Drake, Smith Center, was eastbound when it went out of control. The vehicle entered the north ditch and came to a rest in a field owned by Allyn File, Beloit.
Damage to property – At about 7:45 a.m. February 4, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to 123 Starr St. in Miltonvale for a report of criminal damage to property. The incident is still under investigation.
Arrests – At about 2:30 a.m. February 3, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic disturbance at 120 West Ash St. in Miltonvale. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Aaron Claremont, Miltonvale. He was charged with domestic battery and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 9:05 a.m. February 6, a Cloud County Sheriff's deputy located and arrested Clinton Parks, Delphos, at 811 Washington St. in Concordia. He was arrested on two Cloud County District Court warrants for failure to abide by conditions of bond and contempt of court and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Disturbance – At about 10:45 p.m. February 5, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic disturbance at 514 Elk St. in Clyde. The incident is still under investigation.
