Police Dept. Report
Theft – At 1 p.m. Wednesday, officers investigated a theft and criminal damage to property which had occurred in the 400 block of West 12th Street. The investigation continues.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests – The Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic disturbance call at 211 Spear St. in Glasco on February 1. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Christopher Patton, Glasco. He was charged with domestic criminal damage to property and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 9:35 a.m. Monday, a Cloud County Sheriff's Department deputy went to 918 East Seventh St. in Concordia and arrested Sara Eaton, Concordia, on a Cloud County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Eaton was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accident – At about 3:10 a.m. February 1, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 100 section of K-28 Highway. A 2012 Ford passenger car driven by Jordan Bender, Salina, was traveling eastbound when it left the roadway. The vehicle crossed North 20th Road and entered the east ditch where it came to rest.
