Arrests – At 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers arrested two individuals in the 500 block of West Sixth Street. Abram Baker, 30, Concordia, was arrested on an arrest and detain order from the Junction City Parole Office. Maria Cardenas, 26, Concordia, was arrested on an arrest and detain order from Community Corrections. Both were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
