Police Dept. Report
Theft—At approximately 6:55 a.m. Saturday, May 15, officers received a report of a stolen 2013 Ford Escape from the 1000 block of East Seventh Street. On Tuesday, May 18, police reported the stolen vehicle had been recovered in Salina. Investigation continues.
At approximately 9:15 p.m. Monday, May 17, officers received a report of theft in the 300 block of East Sixth Street. Investigation continues.
At approximately 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, officers received a report of theft of a Stihl weed trimmer from the 300 block of East First Street. Investigation continues.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, officers received a report of theft by deception in the 100 block of College Drive. Investigation continues.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 2:15 p.m. Monday, May 17, officers received a report of criminal damage to property to a vehicle parked in the 1100 block of Republican. Investigation continues.
Disturbance—At approximately 6:25 a.m. Monday, May 17, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 400 block of Valley. Officers charged a 14-year-old juvenile with battery.
Arrests—At approximately 1:40 a.m. Saturday, May 15, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 400 block of West Fifth Street. Officers arrested Kevin Licharowicz, 28, Concordia, for domestic battery. Licharowicz was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 6:50 p.m. Saturday, May 15, officers arrested Jason Carter, 44, Concordia, in the 300 block of East First Street on a Cloud County District Court warrant for failure to comply, with an additional charge of interfering with a law enforcement officer. Carter was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 11:20 a.m. Monday, May 17, officers arrested Thomas Kirgis, 19, Concordia, in the 600 block of East Sixth Street on a Cloud County District Court warrant for probation violation. Kirgis was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, officers arrested Timothy Hedman Jr., 36, Clay Center, in the 400 block of East Eighth Street for possession of a stimulant, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hedman was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Accidents—At approximately 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, a deputy took a report of an injury accident at 40th and Trail roads.
At approximately 8:56 p.m. Saturday, May 15, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident in the 2200 block of Deer Road.
At approximately 7:52 p.m. Sunday, May 16, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident in Aurora, Kansas.
Arrests—At approximately 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, a deputy received a report of a driving complaint. After pulling the vehicle over and doing further on-scene investigation, Diamond Charie Own, Hesperia, Calif., was arrested for possession of a stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Wednesday, May 12, a deputy performed a traffic stop and after investigation, Michael Mucha, Council Bluffs, Iowa, was arrested for possession of a stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Saturday, May 15, Jacob Royce Nance was arrested by a deputy for an outstanding warrant.
