Police Dept. Report
At approximately 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, officers arrested Garrett Blochlinger, 33, Concordia, in the 500 block of East 17th Street for DUI. Blochlinger was transported to the Cloud County Enforcement Center.

Sheriff's Department Report
Accidents—At approximately 4:05 p.m. Wednesday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1200 section of Key Road. A 1991 Dodge pickup driven by a juvenile male was westbound when the driver swerved to miss a cow and struck an embankment.
At approximately 5:55 p.m. Friday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2000 section of No. 190th Road. A 2002 Jeep SUV, driven by Chelsea Burris, Courtland, was traveling southbound when the driver lost control, causing the vehicle to overturn.
At approximately 8:05 a.m. Monday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle, injury accident at the intersection of N. 290th and Oat Road. A 1982 Dodge pickup driven by a juvenile male from Clyde was traveling southbound on N.290th Road. A John Deere UTV driven by Shawn Newton, Clyde, was traveling west bound on Oat Road when the two vehicles collided at the intersection. A male passenger in the UTV was taken to Clay County Health Center for injuries sustained during the accident.
At approximately 9:35 a.m. Monday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a three-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1300 section of US 24 Hwy. A 2001 Chevy pickup driven by James Mosburg , Glasco, was traveling eastbound when a wheel came off the vehicle striking two westbound vehicles. A 2017 Ford pickup driven by Samuel Howard, Fairbury, Neb., and a 2012 Ford pickup driven by Diane Howard, Fairbury, Neb., both received damage.
Arrest—At approximately 12:20 p.m. Monday, a Cloud County Sheriff's Office deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 2000 section of N. 40th Road. During the traffic stop, deputies arrested Robert Roche, Jamestown, on warrants from Douglas County, Kansas, District Court for failure to appear and Jackson County, Missouri, District Court for failure to appear. Roche was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended. Roche was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 6:53 p.m. Thursday, Medic-4 responded to the 200 block of Kansas and transported a 51-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 9:59 p.m. Thursday, Medic-5 responded to Cloud County Health Center for the long-distance transfer of a 79-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.
