Police Dept. Report
Theft—At approximately 4:00 p.m. July 25, Andrea Harms, Concordia, reported theft of items from the 300 block of West 11th Street. Investigation continues.
Accidents—At approximately 5:00 p.m. July 24, officers investigated an accident in the 100 block of West Fifth Street involving a vehicle driven by Cindy Erickson, Chester, Neb., and property owned by Chad Giersch, Concordia.
At approximately 3:40 p.m. July 26, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 600 block of East 13th Street involving a vehicle driven by Joshua Brooks, Concordia, and an illegally parked vehicle owned by Colin Wewers, Concordia.
At approximately 7:50 p.m. July 26, officers investigated a one-vehicle accident in the 100 block of East College Drive involving a vehicle driven by Robert Thomas, Concordia, and property owned by Walmart.
Arrested—At approximately 9:15 a.m. July 23, officers arrested Daniel L. Wheatley, 58, Concordia, in the 700 block of West Sixth Street on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation. Wheatley was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 7:50 p.m. July 24, officers arrested James L. Armer Jr., 58, Jamestown, in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street on a Republic County warrant for no liability insurance. Armer was transported to the Cloud Republic county line and picked up by Republic County law enforcement.
At approximately 6:00 p.m. July 25, officers arrested William G. Trudell, 66, Concordia, in the 200 block of East 14th Street charging him with domestic criminal threat. Trudell was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 12:30 a.m. July 26, officers investigating a disturbance call in the 500 block of East Ninth Street arrested Katheryn S. Wolfe, 21, Glasco, charging her with domestic battery. Wolfe was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center. Officers also arrested Kyle Fry, 35, Belleville, on a Belleville Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Fry was also transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 8:02 p.m. July 26, Medic-5 responded to Cloud County Health Center and transported a 61-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.
At approximately 10:28 p.m. July 26, Medic-4 responded to the 700 block of West Seventh Street and evaluated a 74-year-old female. There was no transport.
At approximately 10:52 p.m. July 26, Medic-4 responded to the 200 block of N. Fisher in Glasco and transported a 76-year-old female to Salina Regional Health Center.
