Police Dept. Report
Theft—At approximately 11:15 a.m. July 27, James Lund, Concordia, reported a theft. Investigation continues.
Accident—At approximately 12:15 p.m. July 27, officers investigated an accident in the 200 block of West Sixth Street involving a vehicle driven by Harleigh Smith, Concordia, and a legally parked and unattended vehicle owned by Garett Hake, Concordia.
Arrest—At approximately 3:10 a.m. July 29, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 1500 block of Lincoln and arrested Quashay Johnson, 22, Midwest City, Okla., for driving while suspended, speeding and no proof of insurance.

At approximately 10:16 a.m. July 27, Medic-5 responded to Cloud County Health Center for the long-distance transfer of a 74-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.
At approximately 4:14 p.m. July 27, Medic-5 responded to Cloud County Health Center for the long-distance transfer of a 69-year-old female to Salina Regional Health Center.
At approximately 8:38 p.m. July 27, Medic-4, Rescue-1, Truck-1 and Truck-2 responded to the 500 block of Vale Road for a report of a vehicle swept away by flood water. No vehicle was found.
