Police Dept. Report
Accident--At approximately 1:30 p.m. August 6, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 600 block of West Ninth Street. A vehicle owned by Rayetta Crane, Glasco, struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Jammie Stein, Concordia.
Theft—At approximately 4:20 p.m. August 7, Brett May, Concordia, reported the theft of property from the 400 block of East Fifth Street. Investigation continues.
Arrests—At approximately 11:15 p.m. August 7, officers arrested Kyle B. Logue, 31, Concordia, in the 100 block of East Tenth Street charging him with domestic battery, criminal damage related. Logue was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 5:40 p.m. August 8, officers arrested James D. Key, 27, Concordia, in the 500 block of East 17th Street charging him with domestic battery, criminal damage related. Key was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 4:00 p.m. August 9, Medic-2 and Rescue-1 responded to the fairgrounds for standby at the races.
At approximately 8:35 p.m. August 9, Medic-4 and Truck-2 responded to the 100 block of East 11th for an 84-year-old male. There was no transport.
At approximately 12:18 a.m. August 10, Medic-4 responded to the 1700 section of North 160th Road for an 86-year-old female. There was no transport.
