Noise Complaint—At approximately 12:31 a.m. August 18, officers responded to the 1100 block of Kemp Street for a noise complaint. Upon investigation, officers issued Benjamin L. Benish, Offerle, Kan., a citation for a violation of the city's noise ordinance.
Arrest—At approximately 12:17 p.m. August 18, officers arrested Michael K. Woods, Concordia, in the 300 block of East Ninth Street on two Cloud County warrants for probation violation. Woods was transported to the Law Enforcement Center.
