Police Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 4:02 a.m. September 22, officers responded to a report of domestic violence in the 300 block of West Eighth Street. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Caden Romo and Joanna Wriston, both of Concordia. Both subjects were charged with domestic battery and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 2:45 p.m. September 22, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 200 block of East First Street. Officers arrested Jesse Mendenhall, 33, Clyde, for driving while suspended and on a Newton Municipal Court warrant for fail to appear. Mendenhall was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 1:50 a.m. September 23, officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Kansas Street. Officers arrested Colby Kearn, 19, Concordia, for domestic battery. Kearn was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Charged—At approximately 2:30 p.m. September 17, officers on a routine traffic stop charged Andrew Webb, 27, Concordia, with driving while suspended.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. September 22, officers in the 400 block of West 10th Street charged a 15-year-old with possession of tobacco by a minor.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 4:30 p.m. September 21, Medic-3 went to the football field for standby at the football game.
At approximately 7:40 p.m. September 21, Medic-4 responded to the 1000 block of Lincoln Street and transported a patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 8:47 p.m. September 22, Medic-4 responded to the 1100 block of East Seventh Street for a medical assist. There was no transport.
At approximately 9:00 p.m. September 22, Medic-4 responded to the 1100 section of Quail Road and transported a patient to Cloud County Health Center.
