Police Dept. Report
Arrest – At 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Lincoln Street which led to the arrest of Quartenay Braven, 26, Wichita, on a Johnson County warrant for larceny. She  was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft – At 9:55 p.m. Monday, officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 100 block of East College Drive. The investigation continues.
Accidents – At 7:50 p.m. Monday, officers investigated an accident in the 500 block of Washington Street involving a vehicle owned by Donna James, Concordia, and an unknown vehicle which left the scene. The investigation continues.
At 2:50 p.m. Monday, officers investigated an accident in the 600 block of East 13th Street involving property owned by Marjorie Blazek, Concordia, and an unknown vehicle. The investigation continues.

Sheriff's Office Report
Accident – At about 8 p.m. August 20, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2000 section of U.S. Highway 81. A 2008 Nissan pickup driven by Dennis Morgan, Taylor, Texas, was traveling southbound when it struck a deer.
Arrest – At about 10:50 p.m. August 23, a Cloud County Sheriff's Office Deputy stopped a vehicle in the 900 section of U.S. Highway 81 for a traffic violation. An investigation led to the arrest of Tiffany Murphy, Colorado Springs, Co. Murphy was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
