Police Dept. Report
Damage to property – Monday morning, Concordia Police Department officers investigated multiple incidents of criminal damage to property which had occurred in the area of 17th and Republican and in the 1400 block of Country Club Drive. The investigation continues.
Thefts – At 7:10 a.m. Monday, officers investigated a theft which had occurred in the 300 block of Industrial Road. The investigation continues.
At 11:30 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report on the theft of a motor vehicle which had occurred in the 200 block of West Eighth Street. The vehicle has been recovered.
Arrests – At 10:30 p.m. Sunday, officers investigated suspicious activity in the 1300 block of Washington Street which led to the arrest of Frances Jamison, 47, Concordia. She was charged with possession of marijuana and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, officers investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 100 block of East College Drive which led to the arrest of Jeannie Rainwater, 41, Smith Center. She was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 10:35 a.m. Friday, officers arrested a juvenile male in the 1300 block of Lincoln Street. He was cited for minor in possession and released.
Accidents – At 9:45 a.m. Monday, officers investigated an accident at the intersection of 18th and Broadway involving a vehicle driven by Brenda Kerr, Concordia, and property owned by AT&T.
At 6:20 a.m. Saturday, officers investigated an accident in the 600 block of Washington Street involving a vehicle driven by Michael Lawrence, Twentynine Palms, Calif. and a vehicle owned by W W Mails, Wichita.
