Police Dept. Report
Runaway – At 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the 1000 block of East Seventh Street for a report of a runaway. The investigation continues.

Sheriff's Office Report
Accidents – At about 5:40 p.m. August 30, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to an injury accident near the intersection of K-9 Highway and 288th Road in Clyde. A 2012 Ford SUV driven by Chandra Schwab, Clifton, was traveling westbound on K-9 Highway when it struck a juvenile female pedestrian. The juvenile was transported by Clyde EMS to the Cloud County Health Center for treatment of injuries.
At about 6:15 p.m. August 26, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2500 section of U.S. Highway 25. A 2014 Kenworth driven by Max Kohman, Abilene, was traveling westbound when the trailer he was pulling came unhooked.
At about 6:15 p.m. August 26, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1200 section of North 90th Road. A 2012 Chevrolet passenger car driven by Bryan Berglund, Concordia, was traveling southbound when it struck a deer.
Damage to property – At about 9 a.m. August 24, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a criminal damage to property report in the 2300 section of Bell Road. Sometime between 12 a.m. and 9 a.m. an unknown person or persons caused damage to the unsurfaced road.
Arson - At about 5:15 p.m. August 25, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office received a report of an arson that occurred in the 600 section of North 40th Road. On August 26, between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. a vehicle owned by a juvenile from Beloit was set on fire. The incident remains under investigation.
Arrests – At about 5:45 p.m. August 31, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to the 600 block of Washington Street in Clyde for a report of a hit and run accident. An investigation led to the arrest of Jaime Holdman, Kansas City, Mo. Holdman was charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 4:10 a.m. September 2, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office made contact with and arrested Ariel Graham, Belleville, at 1020 Lincoln Street in Concordia. Graham was arrested on a Cloud County District Court warrant for giving a worthless check and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 9:50 a.m. Tuesday, a Cloud County Sheriff's Office deputy stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of East Sixth Street on a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, deputies arrested Judy Jakabosky, 52, Salina. She was charged with possession of marijuana and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft - At about 9:40 a.m. September 1, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a theft of a motor vehicle in the 600 block of High Street in Clyde. A 2005 Mazda MZ6 passenger car owned by Chastity Hammond, Clyde, was reported stolen sometime during the night. The incident continues to be under investigation.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, Medic 4 responded to the 2000 block of Fort Kearney Street for a 21-year-old male. No transport was made.
