Sheriff’s Office arrests three in separate incidents
Three individuals were arrested by the Cloud County Sheriff's Office on drug related charges in two separate incidents on Tuesday.
At about 5:35 p.m., the Sheriff's Office responded to 2187 North 212 Rd. in attempt to locate an individual with a Cloud County District Court warrant. While at the scene, deputies arrested Myste-Dawn Copple for possession of a hallucinogenic drug with intent to distribute, possession of a stimulant, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility and two counts of aggravated endangering a child.
Copple was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 8:30 p.m., the Sheriff's Office received a driving complaint on a vehicle that was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 81 near the Republic County Line.
A deputy located the vehicle and conducted a stop in the 1800 section of U.S. Highway 81 for a traffic violation.
The Sheriff's Office K-9 was deployed resulting in a positive alert on the vehicle.
Following a search of the vehicle, two individuals were arrested.
John Heaney, Potosi, Mo. and Andre Dyke were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
