Theft investigation results in arrest of Concordia man

A Concordia man was arrested following an investigation by the Concordia Police Department into the theft of property from Past to Present Construction.
A release from the Police Department states that officers responded to the 200 block of Cedar Street at 7:41 a.m. Monday to investigate the theft of property from Past to Present Construction.
During the course of the investigation, officers arrested Andrew Hale, Concordia. He was charged with distribution of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property and criminal trespass.
Hale was also arrested on a Cloud County warrant for failure to comply and a Mitchell County warrant for burglary and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
