Traffic stop results in arrest of three people

A traffic stop on Saturday morning resulted in the arrests of a Miltonvale man and two females from Salina.
Concordia Police Officers, during a traffic stop in the 100 block of East College Drive at 1:45 a.m., arrested Dean Lee Gilmore, 29, Miltonvale. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement officers and driving while revoked.
Also arrested were Mendy Kae Zachary, 40, Salina, and Amber Joy Franco, 26, Salina. Both were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three subjects were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Zachary was also charged with trafficking contraband in a correctional facility.
Gilmore was served an outstanding warrant from Saline County for failure to appear.
