Traffic stop results in drug arrests

A traffic stop conducted by a Cloud County Sheriff's Department deputy on Saturday afternoon resulted in the arrest of three individuals on drug charges.
The deputy stopped a vehicle in the 1300 section of U.S. Highway 24 at about 1:07 p.m. for a traffic violation.
An investigation led to the arrest of John Morstorf, Leavenworth, who was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a hallucinogenic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ronald Foster Jr., Clay Center, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested was Amber O'Donnell, Centralia. She was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three individuals were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
