Two Concordia residents arrested on drug charges

Two Concordia residents have been arrested on drug charges following an investigation this week.
Concordia Police Department officers arrested Maria Cardenas, 26, Concordia, at 9:30 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of East Seventh Street. She was charged with distribution of a stimulant, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
The investigation led to the arrest of Casey Ray Koch, 38, Concordia, at 2 a.m. Tuesday in 100 block of East Sixth Street.
Koch was charged with distribution of a controlled substance and transported to the Cloud County Law  Enforcement Center.
