Arthur Russell Collins

Arthur Russell Collins, 76, died September 15, 2020, at his home in Concordia.
He was born January 20, 1944, in Vancouver, Washington, to Albert and Lucille (Smith) Collins. He was raised by his father and stepmother, Madeline Collins.
Art served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1960-1975. He was a Vietnam veteran. After his time in the service, he worked as a laborer in the Concordia area until his retirement in 2006.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Tina; children, Paul (Dawn) Collins, Clay Center, Catherine (Mike) Forrester, Industry, Kimberly (Jack) Reed, Concordia; five grandchildren, Lexis Purcell, Brandon Decker, Kaylee Forrester, Madison Reed and Ryleigh Reed; and sister, Rita (Donald) Sommer, Auburn, Wash.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother; and sister, Linda Ides.
Cremation was chosen. No services have been planned.
