DR. SHARON K. ZENGER

Dr. Sharon K. Zenger, 83, formerly of Manhattan, died November 25 in Olathe, KS. She was born Jan. 5, 1935 to Ray and Maudie Winters in Miltonvale. She graduated Concordia High School in 1952. She was a Professor of Education at Ft. Hays State University, Mary Mount College and Tabor College. Preceded in death by husband Dr. Weldon and son Sheldon. Survivors; daughter, Shannon Myers (Kevan), Prairie Village; son, Dr. Sheahon Zenger (Pam), Lawrence; 5 grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Margaret Winters, Salina, and Dorothy Zenger-Cox, Cuba. Services will be on Friday, Nov. 30 at 12:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Haddam. Interment Haddam Cemetery. Family will greet friends on Thursday, Nov. 29 at 6 p.m., Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home, Belleville. Memorials to Tabor College School of Education.
