MARTIN REVELL

Marvin Revell, 83, passed away November 21, Riley, KS. Son of Wilbur Revell and Wilma Tyner, born May 30, 1935. Marvin was raised in rural Concordia and graduated from Concordia High School. His father preceded him in death and Marvin took over the family farming operations at age 11. Marvin married Doma Ray on March 25, 1962. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Mark Winters; brother, Richard Revell; and step-brothers, Ron and Dave Winters.
He is survived by his wife, Doma Revell, Miltonvale; daughters, Sally (David) Petrow, Metheun, MA, and Susan (Russ) Travelute, Union Star, MO; sons, Dean (Kara) Revell, Miltonvale, and James (Dixie) Revell, Wheaton; sisters, Doris Goodwin, GA, and Phyllis (Bruce) Sanman, MA; step-brothers, Cliff (Sandy) Winters and Nick Winters, Salina; and 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services, ministered by Clint Decker, will be December 1 at 10:30 a.m. at the Miltonvale Christian Church in Miltonvale, KS. Burial will take place at Oakland Union Cemetery, Cloud County, KS. Visitation will be November 30, 5-7 p.m. at Phelps Funeral Home.
