Survivors: children, Mickie Levin (Jeff), Julie Butterfield (Larry), Jim Hendrix (Sandy); grandchildren, Bryan Hoard (Corinne), Melanie Owings (Scott), Keri Byers (Ben), Nicole Hemmy (Seth), Brandon Butterfield, Courtney Hendrix, Madison Hendrix, and Nick Levin (Emily); nine great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.
Preceded by wife Shirley, his parents, and one sister.
Cremation was chosen; no visitation. Graveside service 1:30 p.m. Saturday, September 28, Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Salina. No flowers; donations to Jewell County Hospital.
