Letter to the Editor 5-10-19

Dear editor,
Congratulations to the three Cloud County Community College music groups for providing another outstanding night of music Tuesday evening at Cook Theatre. Among the great selections were “Moondance” by the Kick Jazz Ensemble, “A Tribute to Queen” by the Community Chorale, and had there been a People's Choice award, I would have voted for “The Best of Chicago” by the NCK Concert Band. Special recognition to Renata Knox for leading the Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble and Zach Wohlbrandt for directing the Community Chorale.
Thanks to each of the musicians for combining their talents and making a positive difference for an evening of sensational music.
