Rebecca Hotaling, Joyce Charbonneau and Dana Rasure won “The Voice of Democracy” awards, sponsored by VFW Post 588... Concordia law enforcement offices radio dispatchers were the hostess group for the Circuit 2 communications meeting held at the Elks Club, with a buffet style dinner and entertainment by The Great Society Singers... “The Killing of Sister George” was showing at Sigma I Theatre.

Dr. Dan and Cindy Myers were crowned King and Queen of the annual hospital auxiliary Mardi Gras Ball... “The Brady Bunch Movie” was showing at the Apollo Theater.
