Road repairs

PCI Roads, LLC, St. Michael, Minn. is repairing the viaduct on U.S. Highway 81 in Concordia. Traffic will be carried through the construction at reduced speeds, and drivers could expect delays. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-Ausgust, weather permitting. (Blade photo by Jay Lowell)
