Runway project underway

Unruh Excavating, LLC is doing the dirt work for the construction of Runway 18/36 and con- version of Runway 17/35 into a parallel taxiway at Blosser Muncipal Airport. The city of Con- cordia was awarded a $6.95 million grant for the project. Vogts-Parga Construction, LLC is the general contractor on the project. (Blade photo by Jay Lowell)
