Bulldogs drop Panthers

Outscored 38-16 over the final three quarters, the Concordia High School junior varsity boys' basketball team fell 56-42 to Marysville in a home game on Tuesday night.
Concordia bolted to a 26-18 first quarter lead in the game.
The Panthers scored just six points in the second stanza, to 13 for Marysville, and were up 32-31 at halftime.
Marysville added 14 points in the third quarter, and limited Concordia to six points, to take a 45-38 advantage.
The Bulldogs gave up just four points in the final period, and scored 11.
Joey Henderson led Concordia with 16 points. Aceyn Cash added 10 points.
The Concordia C-team had three players combine for 42 points in a 64-43 win over Marysville.
Gavin Massell paced the Panthers with 18 points.
Payton Breese and Jonathan Turner scored 12 points each.
Concordia led the game 32-25 at halftime.
The Panthers tacked on 32 points in the second half to 18 for Marysville.
