CCCC has two place first at KT Woodman

WICHITA — Led by a pair of individual champions, the Cloud County Community College recorded 20 top seven finishes in the KT Woodman Classic.
Murphy Bavinga went 50-1/2 to place first in the men's triple jump for Cloud County.
Peter Ackah won the long jump with a best of 23-4 ½.
The Cloud County men had three second-place finishes.
Tanner Brown scored 6,130 points to finish second for the Thunderbirds in the decathlon.
Kyle Alcine placed second in the high jump by clearing 6-8 ¼.
Yuben Goncalves was second in the 400-meter hurdles. Marco Joseph finished fourth (56.48) and Sten Sepp was fifth (56.57).
Santino Keyni ran 1:56.08 to place second in the 800-meter run. Saba Khvichava was third (1:57.44.
Kenyi also placed third in the 1,500 in 3:55.03.
Dennis Kiptoo finished third in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:41.62.
Levi Armon placed fifth in the shot put with a toss of 49-1 ¾.
The Cloud County women had Semaj McGhee finish third in the high jump (5-2 ¼) and seventh in the triple jump (36-5 ½).
Cloud County's 4x100 relay team crossed in third place in 48.27.
Jacqueline Pokuaah placed third in the 100-meter hurdles (14.62) and sixth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:08.06).
Maryse Mbenoun finished sixth in the 800-meter run in 2:28.45.
Jessica Williams, a freshman from Concordia, made 11-3/4 to place seventh in the pole vault.
Shanee Angol threw 129-10 to finish seventh in the javelin.
