CCCC men beat Conquistadors, 4-2

DODGE CITY — Scoring two goals in the second half, the Cloud County Community College Thunderbirds picked up a 4-2 Jayhawk Conference West Division win over Dodge City Community
College on Wednesday.
Cloud County, now 8-4 overall and 7-1 in conference play, scored the first two goals of the match.
Dodge City, 8-3-1 overall and 5-2-1 in the conference, battled back to pull even at 2-2 by halftime.
Just over five minutes into the second half, Jean-Pierre Dasylva scored his second goal of the match, off an assist from Leonardo Velazco to give Cloud County a 3-2 advantage.
Dasylva leads the T-Birds with seven goals this season.
Cloud County pushed the lead to 4-2 when Baptiste Bissessur scored midway through the second half.
The T-Birds shut out the Conquistadors over the final 45 minutes to secure the win.
Feliphe Pasetto de Souza scored Cloud County's first goal of the match.
A goal by Dasylva 10 minutes later made it 2-0.
Dodge City would score twice before halftime to pull even at 2-2.
Charles Albuquerque was in goal for Cloud County and had four saves.
The T-Birds play at Pratt Community College on Saturday.
