CJHS sweeps Fort Riley

The Concordia Junior High School volleyball teams picked up two wins each over Fort Riley in home matches on Thursday.
Concordia won the first of two eighth grade matches, 25-12, 25-4.
Katelyn Reedy had 15 straight service points in the win.
The Panthers downed Fort Riley 25-10, 25-14 in the second match.
KcAnna Keiswetter recorded 10 straight service points.
“It's fun to see everything fall into place at the right time,” Concordia coach Laura Krier said.
The unbeaten Concordia seventh grade downed Fort Riley 25-7, 25-8 in the first match.
Concordia won the second match, 25-5, 25-7.
“Tonight the girls showed me that they are coachable. I had them doing things out of their comfort zone, and they did it and did it well,” Concordia coach Cyndi Atwell said.
The Concordia eighth grade B-team defeated Fort Riley, 25-5, 25-10.
Concordia won the seventh grade B-team match, 25-8, 25-8.
