Clay Center edges Concordia JV, 49-48

Outscored 30-18 in the second half, the Concordia junior varsity boys' basketball team fell 49-48 to Clay Center in a home game Tuesday night.
Concordia led the game 30-19 at halftime.
Clay Center poured in 18 points in the third quarter, to 10 for the Panthers, to close the gap to 40-37.
The Tigers then tacked on 12 points in the final period, and limited Concordia to eight points, to pull out the one point win.
Nick Vignery led the way for Concordia with 17 points.
Chase Parker scored 12 points for the Panthers, and Tyler Hobrock added 10 points.
The Concordia C-team downed Clay Center, 52-40.
Concordia led the game 30-23 at halftime.
The Panthers pushed the lead to 46-29 through three quarters on its way to the win.
Alec Francis scored 17 points for Concordia.
Aceyn Cash finished with 12 points and Aidan Poore chipped in 11 points.
