Cloud County Co-op downs Aurora, 13-10

Cloud County Co-op and the American Legion posted wins in Girls' Softball play Tuesday night at the Concordia Sports Complex.
Scoring three runs in the fifth inning, Cloud County Co-op downed Aurora, 13-10.
The American Legion knocked off Pike Valley, 16-10.
Cloud County Co-op led Aurora 4-2 after one inning of  play.
Outscoring Aurora 2-1 in the second inning Cloud County Co-op went up 6-3.
Each team scored four runs in the third inning, and Cloud County Co-op led 10-7.
Aurora scored three runs in the fifth inning to pull even, and Cloud County Co-op answered with three runs to get the win.

The American Legion fell behind Pike Valley 5-0 in the top of the first inning.
Pushing across six runs in the bottom of the first, the American Legion went on top, 6-5.
Aurora reclaimed the lead at 8-6 with three runs in the top of the second inning.
The American Legion reclaimed the lead at 12-8 with six runs in the bottom of the second.
Aurora scored two runs in the top of the third inning to close the gap to 12-10.
Two runs in the bottom of the third and two in the fourth put the American Legion on top 16-10.
Moyra Barnes and Nevaeh Valcoure scored three runs each for the American Legion.
