Concordia JV falls to Abilene

The Concordia junior varsity boys' basketball team fell 44-31 to Abilene in a home game on Friday.
Abilene jumped out to a 17-7 lead in the first quarter.
Concordia limited the Cowboys to five points in the second period, and scored nine to make it a 22-16 game.
Abilene outscored the Panthers 13-4 in the third quarter, and led 35-20.
The Cowboys added nine points in the final stanza, to 11 for Concordia.
Tyler Hobrock scored 10 points for the Panthers.
The Concordia C-team suffered a 55-32 loss to Abilene.
Abilene had a 22-15 lead at halftime.
The Cowboys poured in 33 points in the second half to 17 for the Panthers.
Aceyn Cash led Concordia with 12 points.
