Conway is honorable mention All-State

Concordia High School junior Chloe Conway has received Class 3A All-State honorable mention by the Kansas Volleyball Coaches Association.
Conway, a 5-10 middle blocker, had 297 kills, 154 digs and 74 blocks for Concordia the season.
The Panthers finished the season at 24-15.
Named to the 3A All-State first team include Lexi Cobb, senior, Silver Lake; Austin Broadie, junior, Trinity Academy; Talby Duerksen, senior, Hesston; Ivy Fink, junior, Royal Valley; Daryn Lamprecht, senior, Silver Lake; Shea Larson, senior, Beloit; and McKenzie Ogden, senior, Royal Valley.
Second-team selections include Delaney Barnes, senior, Baxter Springs; Morgan Harvey, junior, Royal Valley; Kristina Head, senior, Lyons; Emilee Lane, sophomore Thomas More Prep-Marian; Jessica Meier, senior, Beloit; Hanna Pearson, senior, Beloit; Brooklyn Wewe, sophomore, Cheney.
Receiving honorable mention along with Conway include Alleigh Kramer, senior, Nemaha Central; Lexi Lueger, senior, Nemaha Central; Celbi Richardson, senior, Hesston; Abby Rose, sophomore, Smoky Valley; Kylee Scheer, junior, Cheney; and Melinna Schumann, junior, Sabetha.
Cobb was selected as the 3A Player of the Year.
Gary Armstrong, Royal Valley, was named the 3A Coach of the Year.
