Eighth grade boys suffer loss
The Concordia eighth grade boys' basketball team suffered a 39-24 home loss to Eisenhower Middle School (Manhattan) on Thursday.
Eisenhower had an 11-4 lead after one quarter of play.
Concordia was outscored 11-4 in the second period, and trailed 22-8 at halftime.
Eisenhower added 11 points in the third quarter, to six for the Panthers, and it was a 33-14 game.
Concordia tossed in 10 points in the final period, and allowed just six points.
Aceyn Cash scored six points for Concordia.
The Concordia B-team lost 31-4 to Eisenhower.
Jaxon Brooks and Dakota Brockman scored two points each for Concordia.
