F&A Food Sales blanks Pike Valley

COURTLAND — F&A Food Sales posted a 12-0 K-18 Baseball NCK League victory over Courtland on Monday night.
Stryker Hake shut Courtland out over three innings. He struck out five and walked one.
F&A Food Sales got out to a 4-0 lead in the top of the first inning.
Hake led off the inning with a walk and came around to score.
Shelby Giersch singled and scored in the inning.  Alec Francis walked and scored, and Nathan Brown also scored a run.
Sending 12 batters to the plate, F&A Food Sales scored seven runs in the second inning to extend its lead to 11-0.
Keyan Miller walked to lead off the inning and came around to score.
Dalton Owen reached based on an error and scored.
Brown walked and scored in the inning.
Giersch reached on an error and scored.
Francis and Kale Pearson each singled and scored.
Hake got aboard on an error and scored.
Brown led off the top of the third inning with a walk. He would come around to score to make it a 12-0 game.
The game ended after three innings.
F&A Food Sales will play a doubleheader against Citizens National Bank tonight at the Concordia Sports Complex.
