F&A Food Sales defeats Courtland

F&A Food Sales defeated Courtland 11-1 in K-18 Baseball NCK League play Tuesday night at the Concordia Sports Complex.
Four runs in the bottom of the first inning gave F&A Food Sales a lead it would not relinquish.
Styker Hake and Shelby Giersch singled and scored in the inning. Keyan Miller and Alex Francis walked and scored.
F&A Food Sales made it a 6-0 game with two runs in the second inning.
Logan Leiszler singled and scored and Hake doubled and scored.
Courtland scored its only run in the top of the third inning.
Scoring five runs in the bottom of the third, F&A Food Sales ended the game because of the 10-run rule.
Hake, Dalton Owen and Nathan Brown doubled and scored in the inning. Kale Pearson singled and scored and Leiszler walked and scored.
Giersch was the winning pitcher for F&A Food Sales.
Hake had three hits and scored two runs.
Brown had two hits.
