Leiszler signs to wrestle at Baker University

Kassidy Leiszler, the first Concordia High School female wrestler to place in the Kansas High School Girls Wrestling State Championships, has signed to wrestle at Baker University.
Leiszler placed second in the 101-pound class in the first girls' state tournament sanctioned by the Kansas High School Activities Association at the Tony's Pizza Event Center in Salina in February.
The state tournament included all classes.
Leiszler earned a trip to state by placing first in the West Regional Championships in McPherson.
She finished 19-4 on the season.
As a sophomore Leiszler placed first in the unofficial girls' state tournament. She was third her junior season.
