Panthers clip Falcons

A touchdown and extra point with less than three minutes to play gave the Concordia Panthers a 14-13 victory over the Ottawa County Falcons in Central Kansas Football League sixth grade football play Saturday at Harold M. Clark Stadium.
Concordia took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter.
Following a 30-yard pass from Logan Jackson to Rush LeDuc on a third down and long play, Cayden Williams scored for the Panthers on a 2-yard run.
Baylor Knox ran in the extra point.
Ottawa County scored twice to go up 13-7.
Concordia tied the game on a Chane Parker touchdown run late in the fourth quarter.
Williams ran in an extra point to make it 14-13.
The Panthers sealed the win when Loren Jeardoe recovered a Falcons fumble with a minute remaining.
Knox rushed for 58 yards on nine carries.
Parker had 11 carries for 49 yards.
Defensively, Lane Hanson had six tackles and a sack for the Panthers.
Charlize Cash had six tackles and a fumble recovery.
