Panthers post dual win over Republic County

The Concordia High School wrestling team defeated Republic County in a dual Thursday night at the Concordia Elementary School.
Originally scheduled for Tuesday night at Cloud County Community College, the dual was postponed because of inclement weather.
Concordia picked up wins in the first two matches of the dual.
Sajen Kemling downed AJ Polansky 7-0 in the 106-pound class.
Torxsten Kindel, 113 pounds, won the forfeit.
The Panthers then suffered consecutive defeats.
Jordan Anguish dropped a 6-1 decision to Jonathon Dyke in the 120-pound class.
Koby Tyler, 126 pounds, fell 5-2 to Kaleb Talkington.
Daniel Vines picked up a win for Concordia in the 132-pound class by pinning Brice Sasser.
Cade Anderson, 138 pounds lost by fall to Republic County's Gunnar Couture.
Concordia then got wins in the next seven matches.
Eastan Hake pinned Gunnar Sheetz in the 145-pound class.
Nathan Brown, 152 pounds, won by technical fall over Bryan Baxter.
Layton Kindel won a 14-6 major decision over Kameron Ines in the 160-pound class.
Keyan Miller defeated Andrew Hubert in the 170-pound class.
Robert Trost, 182 pounds, pinned Stetson Showers.
Hunter Schroeder, 195 pounds, won an 11-3 major decision over Quintin Beeson.
Shelby Giersch received a forfeit in the 220-pound class.
Concordia's Dalton Owen, 285 pounds, was pinned by Eyann Zimmerman.
In junior varsity matches, Concordia's Bergun Kindel pinned Collin Freeman and Clayton Walker lost a 9-2 decision to Hunter Lamore.
The Panthers will compete in the Clearwater Invitational on Saturday.
