Southeast of Saline knocks off Panthers

GYPSUM — Putting up 26 points in the second half, Southeast of Saline downed the Concordia eighth grade football team 32-0 on Thursday.
Southeast of Saline scored a touchdown in the first quarter, and led the Panthers just 6-0 at halftime.
Three touchdowns in the third period gave Southeast of Saline a 26-0 advantage.
Southeast of Saline, which had two interceptions for touchdowns and a kickoff return for touchdown, tacked on a score in the final quarter.
Joey Henderson rushed for 93 yards for Concordia.
Dustin Sterrett had 37 yards on the ground for the Panthers.
Concordia hosts Chapman next Thursday.
