Animal Bite Report
On Sept. 26, at 8:02 p.m., a deputy took a report of an animal bite in the 2400 block of Camp Road. The case is still under investigation.
Arrests
On Sept. 24, at 3:38 p.m.,a deputy pulled over a vehicle in the 2900 section of US Highway 24, and after an on-scene investigation, Virgil E. Allen of Miltonvale was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
On Sept. 24, at 4:46 p.m., a deputy made contact with Donald Duane Willard of Miltonvale in Miltonvale. Donald was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
On Sept. 25, at 7:33 p.m., a deputy pulled over a vehicle in the 2200 block of Lincoln Street in Concordia. After an on-scene investigation, driver Ronald James Hagelstein of Elsworth was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a depressant. Passenger, Thomas Earl Hagelstein of Elsworth, was also arrested for possession of a certain stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Sept. 26, at 7:22 p.m., a deputy made contact with Steven Olin Townsend of Aurora and took him into custody for an outstanding warrant.
Injury Car Crash
On Sept. 27, at 7:04 p.m., a deputy took a report of an injury car crash located at Kansas Highway 9 and 200th Road. Several young people were transported to the North Central Kansas Medical Center in Concordia.
Non-Injury Car Crash
On Sept. 22, at 6:56 a.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury car crash located at Kansas Highway 9 and 100th Road.
On Sept. 25, at 7:18 a.m.,a deputy took a report of a non-injury car crash located at Oat and 210th roads.
On Sept. 27, at 9:00 p.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury car crash located in Jamestown.
On Sept. 28, at 6:12 p.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury car crash located on 210th Road.
Theft Report
On Sept. 22, at 10:08 a.m., a deputy took a report of theft on 70th Road. The case is still under investigation.
