Aggravated Domestic Battery
On Aug. 19, at 8:00 p.m., a deputy took a report of an aggravated domestic battery out of Jamestown. The case is still under investigation.
Arrests
On Aug. 18, at 4:51 p.m., a deputy pulled over a vehicle in Miltonvale, and after an on-scene investigation, Buddy Jay Busby of Miltonvale was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license, and failure to yield at a stop sign.
On Aug. 18, at 6:23 p.m., a deputy pulled over a vehicle at US Highway 24 and US Highway 81. After an on-scene investigation, David Gonzales of Texas was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Republic County.
On Aug. 19, at 11:24 p.m., a deputy pulled over a vehicle at 260th and Quail roads. After an on-scene investigation, Randall D Wernecke of Clifton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license.
Child in Need of Care
On Aug. 22, at 5:15 p.m., a deputy worked a child in need of care case in Miltonvale. The case is still under investigation.
Non-injury Accident
On Aug. 18, at 7:00 a.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located at mile marker 260 on US Highway 24.
On Aug. 18, at 8:03 a.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located at 260th and Lark roads.
On Aug. 19, at 8:37 a.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located in Clyde.
On Aug. 21, at 6:30 a.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located in the 2500 block of 250th Road.
On Aug. 22, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located at mile marker 197 on US Highway 81.
On Aug. 23, at 3:18 p.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located on Tootle Street in Miltonvale.
