Cited—On July 17, at 6:04 p.m., a deputy pulled over a vehicle in Miltonvale on Oak Street. After an on-scene investigation, Buddy Busby, Miltonvale, was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of the legal process.
Injury accident—On July 19, at 5:45 a.m., a deputy took a report of a possible injury accident located at Fawn and 260th roads. The driver was assessed by EMS and refused to go to the hospital.
Non-injury accident—On July 20, at 6:25 a.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located at milepost 167 on Kansas Highway 9.
