- At 8:23 p.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. One patient was transported to NCKMC.
- At 10:15 p.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. The patient refused to be transported by emergency personnel.

- At 7:57 a.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical call; one patient was transferred to NCKMC.
- At 9:35 a.m., Ladder One (L-1) was dispatched for a fire.
- At 1:57 p.m., Medic Two (M-2) was dispatched for a medical emergency. One patient was transferred to Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems (MCHHS).
