The Concordia P.E.O. EV Chapter held its monthly meeting on October 3, Pat lstas and Connie lstas hosted the meeting at the Wesleyan Church Life Connection Center.
Nancy Reynolds is spearheading our Broadway Plaza Fence Project. As soon as the personalized tags are ready, she will organize a workday for us to prepare the gifts for the December distribution.
One of our members shared her experience staying at a P.E.O. bed and breakfast in Rapid City, South Dakota. The hostess had once run the establishment as a lodge and now reserves it for P.E.O. travelers. The bed and breakfast program is an inventive way for P.E.O. sisters to network and help financially with P.E.O. projects.
The scholarship committee has been busy preparing the necessary paperwork for the STAR scholarship, which is due later this month.
The program was presented by Pat lstas, certified color analyst. She demonstrated how our skin tones, eye and hair color determine what colors will enhance our appearance.
The next meeting will be on November 7, 2025.
