At 1:14 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West 6th Street for a report of an attempted vehicle burglary.
At 6:33 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Lincoln Street for a welfare check.

At 6:00 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West 5th Street for a civil dispute.

At 8:52 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1100 East 9th Street for a report of a civil dispute.

At 6:07 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 500 block of West 7th Street for a civil standby.
At 2:06 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of East 11th Street. Upon investigation, the driver, Candice Fry of Concordia, was cited for driving with a revoked license. Fry was released from the scene.
At 2:06 p.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of Highway 81 and Union Road for an outside agency assist.
At 5:59 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East 11th Street for a report of criminal trespass.

At 3:48 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West 10th Street for a report of criminal damage to property and reckless driving.
At 2:12 p.m., officers were dispatched to the police department for a report of identity theft.
At 9:01 a.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of Industrial Road and 6th Street for a non-injury accident.
At 12:35 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West 8th Street for a noise complaint.

At 3:24 p.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of State Street and 7th Street for a non-injury accident.
On Tuesday, July 21,
At 10:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East 13th Street for a report of a domestic battery in progress. Upon investigation, Dalton Comstock of Concordia was arrested for domestic battery. Comstock was transported to Cloud County Corrections for booking.
At 6:52 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West 9th Street for a report of mistreatment of a dependent adult. Upon investigation, this case was forwarded to Adult Protective Services.
At 4:03 p.m, officers went to the 200 block of East 2nd Street. They made contact with a male individual, Timothy Hedman, with an active warrant out of Cloud County. Hedman was transported and booked into Cloud County Corrections on his Cloud County Warrant, original charge: theft.
At 1:24 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East 5th Street for a report of criminal damage to property.

At 2:08 a.m., officers received a theft report from the 100 block of East College Drive. This incident is still under investigation.
