Civil Dispute

  • On September 14, 2025, at 4:29 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East 12th Street for a report of a civil dispute.

Criminal Damage

  • On September 14, 2025, at 3:04 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Cedar Street for a report of criminal damage to property. Upon investigation, it was determined that no property was damaged.
  • On September 13, 2025, at 6:44 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Eighth Street for a report of criminal damage to property. This incident is still under investigation.
  • On September 11, 2025, at 11:35 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of East Eighth Street for a report of criminal damage to property. This incident is still under investigation.

Criminal Threat

  • On September 14, 2025, at 12:52 p.m., officers took a report at the police department regarding a criminal threat. Charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Non-Injury Car Crash

  • On September 12, 2025, at 7:26 p.m., an officer responded to the 1500 block of Lincoln Street for a report of a non-injury car crash.
  • On September 12, 2025, at 12:05 p.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of Lincoln Street for a report of a non-injury car crash.

Domestic Battery

  • On September 13, 2025, at 7:27 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of West Eighth Street for a report of a domestic incident. Upon investigation, charges for domestic battery will be forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Assistance

  • On September 12, 2025, at 8:52 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Union and 250th roads to assist the Cloud County Sheriff’s Office in an incident that resulted in a fatality.

Scam

  • On September 12, 2025, officers took a report of a scam.

Vehicle Stop

  • On September 14, 2025, at 7:43 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of East Ninth Street for a report of two vehicles doing burnouts in a private parking lot. After the investigation, the individuals were identified as juveniles. At this time, no case is needed.

Theft

  • On September 14, 2025, at 9:20 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Russ Street for a report of a theft. Upon investigation, it was determined that no case was needed.
  • On September 14, 2025, at 3:47 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of a theft. The reporting party did not want to press charges.
  • On September 12, 2025, officers took six theft reports at the 100 block of East College Drive.
  • On September 10, 2025, at 4:25 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of College Drive for a report of theft. Upon investigation, Tina Simmons of Concordia was cited and released for theft.

Missing and Found Juvenile

  • On September 10, 2025, at 12:32 a.m., officers received information about a missing juvenile who was possibly in Concordia. After the investigation, officers were able to track down the missing juvenile at the 700 block of West Sixth Street. The juvenile was released back into the custody of their parents.

Stabbing

  • On September 8, 2025, at 8:38 p.m., officers were dispatched to 223 West 11th Street for a report of a stabbing. Upon investigation, Martin Santos-Ambros was arrested and booked into Cloud County Corrections for felony interference with law enforcement and attempted second-degree murder.

Burglary

  • On September 8, 2025, at 2:07 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of West 10th Street for a report of a burglary. Upon investigation, the reporting party did not want to press charges.

Welfare Check

  • On September 10, 2025, at 12:36 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Broadway Street for a welfare check.

Harassment

  • On September 8, 2025, at 1:10 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Lincoln Street for a report of harassment via telecommunication device.
