On February 3, at 1:43 p.m., citizens contacted the Concordia Police Department in regard to two dogs that were abandoned by the owner. The dogs were brought to the O’Connor Animal Shelter and charges will be forwarded to the City Attorney.
Scam
On February 10, at 6:18 a.m., officers spoke to an individual at the Concordia Police Department in regard to an internet scam. No case was needed.
Noise Complaint
On February 9, at 11:07 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East Seventh Street for a report of a noise complaint.
Harassment
On February 9, at 6:52 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of East College Drive for a report of harassment. Upon investigation, the suspect was trespassed from this location.
Injury accident
On February 3, at 6:18 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of 10th and Broadway streets for a report of an injury accident.
Non-injury accidents
On February 5, at 5:45 p.m., officers responded to 140 East College Drive for a report of a non-injury accident.
On February 6, at 6:24 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Sixth and Lincoln streets for a report of a non-injury accident.
On February 6, at 10:41 p.m., officers made contact with an individual at 2087 N. 145th Road who reported that they were in a non-injury accident that occurred at Highway 81 and Trail Road.
On February 8, at 12:00 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of East College Drive for a non-injury accident.
Civil standby
On February 3, at 2:49 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Fifth Street for a civil standby.
On February 7, at 4:45 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of West 11th Street for a civil standby.
Welfare check
On February 4, at 11:02 a.m., officers responded to the 600 block of West Seventh Street for a welfare check.
On February 5, at 7:41 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of West Eighth Street for a welfare check.
Criminal threat
On February 6, at 3:46 p.m., officers received a report of criminal threat, but the victim declined to press charges.
